What is Invisalign?

Invisalign is a discreet orthodontic treatment system that offers teens and adults a great alternative to traditional metal braces when they need to straighten their teeth. 

Invisalign is a series of clear, custom aligners that straighten your teeth just like braces do, but have the benefit of being practically invisible when worn. Invisalign's clear aligners are also removable, allowing you to eat, brush and floss just as you would without braces.

How does Invisalign work?

If your dentist determines Invisalign is right for you, a custom treatment plan will be created for you. 

Your dentist will take impressions of your teeth using advanced 3D computer technology which will be sent to Align Technologies where your custom aligners will be created.

When treatment begins, you will wear each set of clear custom aligners for about two weeks. The aligners will move your teeth gradually, in small increments, until the final result is achieved: a straight healthy smile!
